Dr. Amin Yassin Fatani held several positions, including director of the branch of the Ministry of Hajj in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and deputy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj Research,
Dean of the Deanship of Faculty Affairs and Supervisor of the Translation Unit at the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education. He chaired several academic and governmental committees. A faculty member in the Department of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of English Language, He is known for his social and family activities. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Umm Al-Qura University, then a master’s degree from Lancaster University in Britain, and a doctorate from University of Exeter Britain in linguistic applications.
