Professor Dr. Muhammad Nour Yassin Fatani, Adviser to His Excellency the President of King Abdulaziz University and the General Supervisor of International Contracts at the University. He received the degree of Professorship (Professor) in 1418 AH and a professor and faculty member at King Abdulaziz University, Department of Civil Engineering. He held several positions at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, including the University’s Vice-Dean for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research in 1425 AH, the founding dean of the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education (1419 AH).
Dean of the College of Engineering 1403 AH-1405 AH, and Head of the Engineering Department, was assigned to establish and manage the Scientific Research Department at the College of Engineering, General Supervisor of the University’s English Language Center, Director of the University Education Development Center in 1419 AH.

o consultant TO the Secretariat of the Holy Capital in Makkah Al-Mukarramah about the asphalt crawl in Jabal Al-Kaaba Street in Makkah Al-Mukarramah,
o Consultant for the master plan - King Abdulaziz University in the field of asphalt mixtures and paving structural design,
o consultant in the office of His Excellency the Mayor of the Holy Capital for four years (Part-time)
He was a member of several committees, including:
o Member of the Arabization Council at the Faculty of Engineering, (author of the Dictionary of Geotechnical Dictionary) and Author main Arabized of the Dictionary of Civil Engineering
