جهاد زكريا يحي فطاني من مواليد مدينة جدها وهي الابنة الاولي والوحيدة للشيخ زكريا يحي فطاني ويعتبر والدها من علماء الجيولوجيا السعوديين حسب تصنيف منشورات المرجعية البريطانية (who’s who). و مدير عام الموارد المعدنية بوزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية. والدتها السيدة حياة محمد علي سمباوة ومن اخوانها عامر زكريا فطاني، وعمار زكريا فطاني، .
الحياة الدراسية : تخرجت من كلية الاقتصاد والادارة بجامعة الملك عبدالعزيز بجدة تخصص إدارة اعمال
الحياة الوظيفية :
تعمل حاليا بمركز الابحاث الطبية بجامعة الملك عبد العزبز بجدة رئيسة قسم الخدمات اللوجستية، حيث عملت بالسابق مديرة الموارد البشرية بنفس المركز.
الحياة العملية: مدربة معتمدة من الجمعية البريطانية للطب التكميلي CMA بالغمروالشفاء الصوتي.
من اهتماماتها،
1- دراسة الاحجار الكريمة وتصميم المجوهرات والسبح.
2- درست في مجال تنسيق المظهر والاستشارات الالوان وترتيب الخزائن.

Jihad Zakariya Yahya Fattani was born in Jeddah. She is the first-born and only daughter of Sheikh Zakariya Yahya Fattani. Her mother is Mrs. Hayat Mohammed Ali Sambaowa. Her brothers are Amer Zakariya Fattani and Ammar Zakariya Fattani. She is married to Mustafa Essa Jeddawi.

Education: She graduated from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics and Administration.

Professional Life: She currently works at the King Abdulaziz University Research Center in Jeddah as the Head of the Logistics Department. Previously, she held the position of Human Resources Director at the same center.

Certifications: She is a certified trainer from the British Complementary Medical Association(CMA) in the fields of Sound Healing and Sound Immersion Therapy.

Interests: Studying gemstones and designing jewelry and prayer beads (Misbaha).
Studied personal styling, color analysis consulting, and wardrobe organization.
Hobbies: Her hobbies include sports,mountain climbing, camping trips, travel, and tourism, especially to new countries.
